Service Description

Thank you for booking a session with me. I have to add some less-than-personal language here to protect my rights, avoid awkward communication, and to give you, the client, a clear idea of your rights regarding the images we create together. As the Photographer is the copyright owner of all images he takes unless a contract states otherwise, the Photographer retains rights to all images. Clients may use images from a Standard Session for personal purposes and professional headshots only, barring written agreement for limited license from the photographer. Any use of these images for publicity, publication, and/or profit beyond standard use of headshots must be agreed to by the Photographer and in writing. Please contact Matt for image use licensing rates and for sessions that are for publicity (other than headshots), publication of any kind, and/or for profit. By participating in this shoot, the client agrees to all of this language. Finally, the Standard Session rate is for one client unless we have an agreement beforehand for shooting additional subjects during the session. Thank you for reading this and understanding my intent. I promise this language comes from people trying to take advantage of me and not from my personality.
